All our snacks are sourced directly from traditional makers in Japan and shipped from our warehouse in Osaka to over 100 countries worldwide.

Are there options for people with specific dietary restrictions?
While many of our snacks contain common allergens like wheat, soy, and dairy, we provide a detailed Culture Guide in every box that lists all ingredients and common allergens for each item.
When will my subscription box be shipped each month?
Your first box ships within 1-3 business days of your order. Subsequent monthly boxes are typically processed and shipped around the anniversary of your initial sign-up date.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can easily pause or cancel your subscription through your account settings. Please ensure changes are made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your box arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team for a replacement or refund.
